Colts hammered by Leafs
2014-11-24Colts winning streak ends at 2 with a trouncing at the hands of the Leafs.
The Colts went into Windsor on a modest two game winning streak, only to see the team drop a tough 8-2 decision to the Valley Maple Leafs. The Leafs dominated the Colts from the opening drop of the puck and quickly jumped out to a 3-0 lead. Penalties and shoddy team defense resulted in the Leafs continuing their attack resulting in the final score of 8-2.
The Colts are back in action this Friday night at home versus the East Hants Penguins. This is the first meeting of the season between the local rivals. Game time is 7:30 PM at Cole Harbour Place.
